Welcome to BillArc! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website, www.billarc.com, and our comprehensive GST billing software services ("Services"). By accessing or using our online invoicing and billing platform, you agree to be bound by this user agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

In these Terms:

• "We", "us", or "our" refers to BillArc Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
• "You" or "your" refers to the user of our Services.
• "Services" refers to our GST billing software, invoicing tools, and all related services provided for businesses in India.
• "Content" means text, images, videos, or other information.

To access and use our online billing software, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

BillArc provides powerful, GST-compliant billing and invoicing software designed for businesses. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes, according to your selected subscription plan.

For paid subscription plans to our billing software:

• You agree to pay all fees as described on our pricing page
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our fees with 30 days' notice
• Your software subscription will automatically renew unless canceled

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, designs, and content, are owned by or licensed to BillArc. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our Services ("User Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for providing the Services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services:

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillArc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for any material changes. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
